This program is sold following the rules of the shareware concept.

The shareware version of ZENCRY, which can be recognized by the message 
"Unregistered shareware version" when the program is started, may be freely
distributed, as long as it is complete. It may not be altered in any kind or
distributed by public domain distribution companies without further inquiry.
Further on it is not allowed to modify the program or parts of it
or to disassemble the program or document.

The shareware concept gives the user the chance to use the program for a 
trial period of 14 days and allows him to determine its suitability. 
After this period the user must register each copy of ZENCRY that runs
simultaneously. 

ZINCWARE SOFTWARE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AS TO THIS SOFTWARE,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITHOUT EVEN LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
FUNCTIONALITY, DATA INTEGRITY OR PROTECTION.

ZENCRY is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind or fitness for a
particular purpose, either expressed or implied, all of which are hereby
explicitly disclaimed.

Author will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, 
indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, 
even if Zincware software or an agent of Zincware software has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Use it at your own risk.

The author is not liability for damages of any kind which occur by inproper
use of the program by the user or which were caused by properties of the
operating system on which the program runs.
The person using the Zincware software bears all risk as to the quality
and performance of the software.

How do I register ZENCRY?

There are some ways of registering :
- registration with the registration form, file name order.txt
  generated by ZENCRY, mail to Zincware.
- registration via E-MAIL
In the first case fill out the registration form and send it to the author.
In the second case you need a INTERNET account.

The registration fee for ZENCRY amounts to US$18 for each copy,
this applies to all operating systems ,Dos, Win95.
From 3 to 10 copies registration fee, US$16 for each copies.
11 or more copies registration fee, US$10 for each copies.

Differences between the shareware version and the registered version:

In the unregistered shareware version the message 'Shareware version'
does appear on the caption.

In the unregistered version some options are not available.
